You AreUST is searching for a Staffing Recruiter who will build and maintain warm talent pipelines for high-demand and evergreen roles.
The opportunity- Utilize Boolean search, keyword optimization, and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent.
- Conduct initial outreach, nurture candidates, and deliver engaging, personalized candidate experience.
- Provide recruiters and hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitive landscape data.
- Track sourcing performance metrics and share recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit (experience, skills, interest level, compensation expectations).
- Present qualified candidate profiles and summaries to recruiters/hiring managers.
- Work closely with recruiters and HR partners to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Attend intake meetings, calibration discussions, and hiring team debriefs.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within the ATS/CRM.
- Leverage sourcing tools and automation platforms to increase efficiency (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, Seek Out).

What you need- 7-10 years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to capital equipment, semiconductor, or advanced hardware environments.
- Experience sourcing for technical roles such as optical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process development.
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.
- Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing technique capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high growth or complex organizations.
- Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking sourcing metrics.
- Ability to provide market insights and talent availability recommendations to hiring teams.
- Bachelor's Degree

Compensation and location
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

: $42,000-$63,000
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave per year (pro-rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
