We’re looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented, customer‑service focused professional who can deliver exceptional HR support on‑site in Santa Clara, CA.

The HR Shared Services Specialist will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing on‑site HR support and ensuring that all HR‑related inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

• Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks and support Day‑1 orientation.
• Collect and facilitate new hire paperwork, including I‑9 verification and re‑verification requests.
• Support federal government audit requirements.
• Maintain employee files and records in the repository.
• Run and distribute weekly HR reports.
• Conduct exit interviews and handle off‑boarding documentation.
• Apply analytical skills and structured methods to complete HR tasks effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve routine HR issues independently.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of own work, contributing to team efficiency and compliance.

• Extremely organized, high energy, optimistic, creative, fun, self‑motivated, collaborative, hands‑on, flexible, and a team player.
• Strong customer‑service experience with the ability to assess customer needs, respond quickly, and solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Computer literacy; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of HR technology (Workday, i‑9, Docu Sign, First Advantage, OnBase) is a plus.

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate high‑volume environment.

Full time, Onsite (M‑F 8 am – 5 pm). No travel.

Location:

Santa Clara, CA.

Salary range: $24.50 – $34.10 per hour (base). Additional compensation may include bonuses and stock award programs.
