Position Overview: The Front of House Supervisor supports management in providing exceptional guest service, overseeing guest interactions, expediting orders, and supporting team members. This role offers a pathway to management training and career growth.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 21 years old to serve alcohol.
  • High school diploma or some college.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Food Handler Card.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Organized, attentive, and able to handle stressful situations.
  • Ability to sell menu items and handle guest complaints calmly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of front of house standards and POS procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Complete opening duties and ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
  • Manage guest checks and anticipate guest needs.
  • Interact professionally with guests and team members.
  • Follow management instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Guide and support team members to ensure excellent service.
  • Complete shift reports and communicate shift activities to management.
