Position Overview: The Front of House Supervisor supports management in providing exceptional guest service, overseeing guest interactions, expediting orders, and supporting team members. This role offers a pathway to management training and career growth.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years old to serve alcohol.
- High school diploma or some college.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Food Handler Card.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Organized, attentive, and able to handle stressful situations.
- Ability to sell menu items and handle guest complaints calmly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of front of house standards and POS procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete opening duties and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Manage guest checks and anticipate guest needs.
- Interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Follow management instructions and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Guide and support team members to ensure excellent service.
- Complete shift reports and communicate shift activities to management.
