Note: This is NOT a remote position.

Schedule
: 32 hr (24 RVEs per week – benefited), Part Time – 24 hr (18 RVEs per week) and Per Diem (6 visits per week). Different locations grouped together are available. Non-traditional schedules are available, e.g., Thursday–Monday.

Area 11 covers the cities of Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mt. View, Campbell, Los Altos, Saratoga, Los Gatos;
Area 12 includes, but is not limited to, the city of San Jose and Morgan Hill.

• One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired
• Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required
• Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Valid California Driver License
• CPR/BLS Certification

• Advanced computer system knowledge
• Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus
