Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You support patients by addressing the whole person and aiming to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. You are adaptable to patient needs, collaborative with peers, and capable of making referrals to help patients thrive.
