- Account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio, including customers in multiple HCP specialties and key hospital accounts.
- Be viewed as a credible expert and resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients.
- Drive results by embracing Lilly’s models:
Lilly Selling Model, Lilly Competency Model and Account Management Model to meet customer needs through strong execution. - Build relationships with key customers to drive utilization and adoption of Lilly medicines for the right patients.
- Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties; understand the marketplace; tailor territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigate the evolving healthcare and payer landscape to increase understanding of accounts and become trusted partners.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and potential obstacles; adopt new technologies, including AI tools, to streamline customer interactions.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance the customer experience and model a growth mindset.
- Promote across BU-portfolio and across HCP specialties; fully utilize the Virtual Medical Hub; own customer relationships for product promotion and on-label medical questions.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role.
- Demonstrated business ownership, selling/customer experience, and execution/results skills.
- Account-based selling experience; ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts.
- Strong learning agility, self-motivated, team-focused, and emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $63,000 - $151,800. Full-time employees will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program including 401(k), pension, vacation benefits, medical/dental/vision benefits, flexible benefits, life insurance, and other well-being benefits.
