• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, needs, and concerns
• Provide personalized financial guidance in areas such as insurance, retirement planning, investment strategies, and wealth protection
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop tailored financial plans
• Educate clients on financial concepts and solutions to help them make informed decisions
• Recommend appropriate financial products and strategies in alignment with clients’ short- and long-term objectives
• Monitor and review clients’ financial plans regularly and adjust strategies as life circumstances change
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Actively grow a client base through networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with financial trends, products, and regulations

• Language Requirements
  :
  Fluency in English;
  Proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
  Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Chinese, Tagalog, or Vietnamese
