Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Integration Engineer to join one of our largest tech clients in the Bay Area. This is a highly problem-driven engineering role on the Product team. The team builds the end-to-end software that drives the vehicle, including the testing experience and customer-facing systems. This role is different from a traditional AV position: success is less about prior autonomous vehicle expertise and more about systems thinking, integration, and rapid prototyping.
This role can pay between $55-$65/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

- Strong proficiency in C++
- Experience working with databases and observability tools, including:
- SQL
- Prometheus (or similar systems) for data analysis and metrics
- Strong systems integrator who enjoys connecting complex pieces
- Experience creating and operating services and working across service boundaries
- Comfortable building prototypes and evolving them toward production
- Experience as a test driver or strong interest in driving and real-world vehicle behavior
- Background outside of autonomous vehicles
