Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $185,000 – $200,000 per year

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Position Type: Full‑Time

• Design mechanical components for semiconductor tools, including chambers, fixtures and thermal systems.
• Develop and validate mechanical assemblies ensuring compliance with cleanroom and contamination control standards.
• Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and vibration studies to ensure reliability and durability.
• Collaborate with electrical and process engineers to integrate mechanical systems with overall tool design.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and industry standards in all mechanical designs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (Solid Works, AutoCAD), FEA software, and thermal/mechanical analysis.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Experience designing components for vacuum systems, gas delivery systems and thermal management.
• Hands‑on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and cleanroom protocols.
• Familiarity with material selection for high‑purity and high‑temperature environments.
