Responsibilities

Customer technical requirement management (40%). Explain and promote USI product and process offering to customer. Explain USI’s new product development process and requirements to customer. Understand customer’s technical requirements. Communicate customer’s requirements to internal cross-functional teams.
Design for manufacturing (DFM) verification support (30%). Support customers to apply USI manufacturing design rules to customer design. Explain DFM results and recommendations.
Failure analysis support (20%). Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to complete failure analysis and explain the results to customers.
Support Global Sales team’s internal technical training (10%).
