  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders outside the SBU team.
  • Establish and maintain clear program milestones, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.
  • Proactively identify risks and roadblocks; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for program status, escalating issues and driving resolution.
  • Evaluate delays to determine root causes—capacity vs. capability—and take corrective action.
  • Influence and energize teams without direct authority; foster a culture of ownership and execution.
  • Deliver executive‑level reporting and presentations, translating technical progress into business impact.
  • Create structure in ambiguous environments and ensure alignment across all program phases.
  • Support candidate screening and onboarding for related roles as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in a technical or product development environment.
  • Semiconductor industry experience is required. Preferable in the area of technical product development.
  • Experience with CVD tools or products is a plus but not required.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive execution in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of technical content development and ability to engage with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk management, milestone planning, and timeline enforcement.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to lead without authority, influence outcomes, and drive accountability.
