Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
Pay Rate: $40+ Hourly, DOE
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Local Candidates Only)
Position Type: Full Time

• Train and mentor technicians, assessing performance and enhancing technical skills.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize equipment performance.
• Analyze business operations and provide expert recommendations for improvement.
• Create and validate technical documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Lead the design and deployment of technical solutions to meet operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment alarms, supporting customer‑driven modifications as required.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for technical staff.

• 5+ years with direct gas systems and chemical systems roles in the semiconductor industry is required.
• Advanced experience in gas distribution systems.
• Expertise with APC Ken controllers, gas cabinets, VMBs, and flowmeters.
• Strong understanding of gas flow to process equipment.
• Familiarity with Ceres and Air Products systems.

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
