Semiconductor Electrical Engineering Technician
Contract to Hire, 18‑month, located in Santa Clara, California.
Pay Rate: $46–$56 per hour.
Responsibilities- Hands‑on role working in a fast‑paced R&D disruptive technology environment.
- Create or modify system‑level electrical specifications, schematics, and block diagrams.
- Perform engineering analysis.
- Create cable/harness designs and drawings.
- Work with suppliers on specifying active components.
- Procure cables, harnesses, and active components.
- Install and test functionality of cables, harnesses, and active components.
- Troubleshoot active component/system issues on semiconductor tools.
- Maintain inventory of needed active components, cables, and harnesses.
- Strong electrical testing skills.
- Semiconductor experience helpful.
- Associate or bachelor degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Three years of experience in a related field.
- Observes all safety standards, maintains a safe work environment, attends required health and safety training, and follows safety and security policies.
- May work from limited or no documentation; investigates, compiles data, documents and recommends changes using applicable reporting processes to enhance product performance.
