Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate emerging technologies and generate new ideas for incorporating into cutting edge products
- Design, build and test rapid prototypes for evaluation of new product ideas or technology concepts
- Own engineering effort in one of the following disciplines: signal integrity, packaging or PCB design
- Post‑silicon system validation, ensuring system meets specifications and quality goals
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years’ experience in designing high‑speed Enterprise Data Center products
- Technical understanding of leading technologies for Ser Des, SI, PCB DFT/DFM design
- Familiarity with EDA tools such as Allegro, HFSS, Hspice, PCI‑SIG Sea Sim and schematic capture
- Hands‑on experience developing power delivery networks (12V/48V)
- Experience in leading post‑silicon validation and ATE test development
- Ability to communicate effectively across internal FW/SW/ASIC groups
- Design and analysis of +100
Gb serial links and compliance to standards - Experience with FPGA, PCIe, CXL or Ethernet 802.3 standards
- Self‑starter and highly motivated; a team player working with senior hardware and software architects
The expected base salary range for this full‑time position is $130,000 to $175,000. The base salary offered will be based on a candidate’s relevant experience to the job role, location, education, experience level, and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer 401K, Unlimited PTO, Health insurance, and Stock Options.
