A community-focused climbing gym in Santa Clara is seeking a passionate Instructor for Gateway Programs. This part-time role involves teaching climbing to youth, facilitating games, and creating inclusive environments. No prior climbing experience is required, as training is provided. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, enjoy working with children, and be available for 6-10 hours per week, primarily on weekdays or weekends.
