Position SummaryThe Membership Service Associate is responsible for assisting with addressing the needs of all 49ers season ticket/SBL members to ensure their satisfaction and continued support through the purchase of season tickets annually.
Responsibilities and Duties- Provides telephone and email customer service for season ticket member inquiries throughout the year and on gamedays.
- Assists with collecting outstanding SBL financing payments and season ticket payments.
- Manages Membership Service general email inboxes by providing timely responses within timeframe guidelines.
- Executes gameday check-in and gameday fulfillment for Golden Opportunities experiences.
- Assists fulfillment of membership service department responsibilities.
- Assist in fulfilling general requests and various account service matters
- Acts as point of contact for fans participating in Golden Opportunities experiences.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to focus on a speaker using verbal and non-verbal clues to understand their message, comprehend the information and respond thoughtfully.

- Ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate information to determine how it should be best interpreted.

- Relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word.
- Experience with Google Suite including Docs, Sheets & Slides.
- Experience with Archtics, Microsoft Dynamics & KORE CRM, Dial Source preferred.

This position requires the ability to work extended hours and/or weekends.
Travel2% of local travel time expected for this position. 1% of travel time expected for the position both intra and interstate occasionally requiring overnight stay.
