The RoleYubico seeks an Order Support Contractor to join our Supply Chain team. As an Order Support Contractor, you will be a key player in the service we provide to our valuable customers. You will work to ensure our high volume of orders and returns are managed in an efficient and timely manner. You will work to maintain effective communication with the Customer Support Team and other departments internally as needed.
This position is a prime opportunity for someone looking to expand their career with an industry leader.
- Work closely with the Fulfillment Team to manage webstore order inquiries according to company guidelines, with careful attention to specific requirements for approval
- Work with other functions to support the customer experience by handling inbound support requests relating to orders
- Manage and track online orders and returns process
- File Jira tickets for internal process improvements related to the webstore and ERP system
- Reports to the Director, Operations - Order Mgmt EMEA/APJ
- 6 months with the possibility for extension
- At least two years of business experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish
- Experience with Office applications (e.g. G-Suite apps like Docs, Sheets and Slides)
- Detail-oriented and methodical in completing tasks
- Team player with cross-cultural savviness and flexibility to work closely with colleagues globally
- Positive working attitude, service-minded, problem solver and desire to learn
- Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (e.g. Net Suite)
- Experience with a ticketing system (e.g. Service Cloud)
- Experience working in an Ecommerce/Payment Solution systems (e.g. Magento, Stripe)
