Schedule Overview

This part‑time position requires weekend availability for full shifts, as well as weekday evening flexibility. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests, resolve general inquiries, and schedule test drives
  • Capture high‑quality leads in Salesforce, input customer interactions and outreach data
  • Conduct customer assessment – ask questions to understand budget, preferences, and timeline
  • Listen to customer needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and collect required customer information
  • Refer high‑potential leads to Sales Specialists and direct guests to the most appropriate point of contact
  • Develop deep knowledge of Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
  • Stimulate customer consideration by explaining features, specifications, and pricing of all models
  • Provide backend operational support to ensure completion of order paperwork and clarity on order/vehicle status
  • Manage facilities – ensure food and beverage replenishment, report maintenance requests, and maintain vehicle readiness (cleaning, charging)
  • Support Studio Manager in execution of Retail Ops playbook (opening/closing checklist)
  • Assist with daily operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Exceptional people skills; excellent communication is key
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer journey for guests entering the Studio
  • Experience in a customer‑facing industry (food service, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • Patience and professionalism in an ambiguous retail environment
  • Passion for the EV industry and building the Lucid brand
  • Flexible availability, including extended holiday hours, holidays, and weekends
  • Minimum 18 years old
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred
  • Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
  • Physical requirements:

    ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check, including criminal records, is a condition of employment for Lucid sales centers
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicable
  • Bilingual language skills preferred (specifically in Farsi and Arabic) to support diverse customer interactions
Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range (hourly): $26 – $36 USD

Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401(k). Eligible performers may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules.
