Role Overview
A well-established electrical construction contractor is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects across the Bay Area. The company is known for its strong reputation, repeat clients, and high-quality project delivery, with capabilities spanning electrical construction, design-build services, renewable energy systems, and advanced infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on electrical Project Manager who enjoys leading projects, working closely with field teams, and delivering complex electrical construction work safely, on time, and within budget.

- Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
- Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Ensure projects meet safety standards and contract requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, owners, and internal teams
- 3–5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects
- Experience working on union electrical projects (IBEW environments preferred)
- Background in commercial or industrial electrical construction
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and moving parts on active job sites
- Experience with Accubid and Live Count
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or construction software
- Exposure to design‑build electrical projects
- High school diploma or GED required
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
