This Jobot Job is hosted by Kurt Holzmuller. Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year.

As a senior superintendent on our team, you will oversee all field operations to ensure the successful execution of construction projects, managing teams of union and non‑union professionals while coordinating with project stakeholders. This role requires leadership in safety, scheduling, budgeting, and site logistics to deliver high‑quality, on‑time results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage construction schedules, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
- Lead safety initiatives and foster foreman development for future leadership roles.
- Partner with the project manager to plan and control resources, budgets, and overall site operations.

- 15+ years of commercial construction experience
- 10+ years of construction project supervisory experience
- Proficient with PM software (Prolog or similar) and scheduling software (Primavera or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with life sciences, entertainment, or hospitality construction projects
