General

Summary:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive home & life consumer IEOT design win activities and develop new global customer pipeline, especially in home appliance, cleaning robot, and media product segments.
• Create the home and life GTM and growth strategy, especially for China, US, and Korea market where top home & life vendors are located
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key partners and customers, understanding their needs, challenges, and feedback and defining business and product solutions working with stakeholders
• Analyze market trend and competition to identify product and solution gaps and recommend suitable product strategies for competitive roadmaps
• Validates business cases and develop and recommend regional and customer specific pricing strategies to improve financial performance
• Set clear goals and KPIs to manage the progress to achieve business goals and drive the delivery of business revenue results
• Maintain monthly demand forecast updates for home & life business, and ensure proper business planning and product support in collaboration with all internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR

• Associate's degree and 12+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR

• High school Diploma or equivalent and 14+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.

This position will require the ability to travel internationally up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or engineering
• MBA, MS, or PhD
• 10+ years of experience in consumer electronics, mobile, TV, and/or IOT areas
• 10+ years of multimedia technology experience (video, graphic, display, camera, and audio)
• 10+ years of global leadership and customer facing experience in sales, marketing and business development in relevant industries
• 10+ years of semiconductor SoC experience in engineering, PdM, BD, and/or sales
• Multi-lingual, preferably in Chinese
• 5+ years of CE industry experience in home appliance, cleaning robot, and media area
• 10+ years of negotiating business agreements with internal and external stakeholders (customers/partners)
