We are currently seeking a Senior Client Executive‑Technology to join our team in Santa Clara, California (US‑CA), United States (US).
We are currently seeking a Client Partner to join our team and drive growth with an Industry leader in enterprise workflow and platform solutions domain. This position will be based in Santa Clara, CA, and will require travel to client locations as needed.
The Client Partner is accountable for Client Relationships, Client Satisfaction, Business Growth and P&L ownership for all assigned accounts. As the leader of the accounts, the Client Partner will be responsible for defining and executing growth strategy, revenue forecasting, achieving financial targets, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining overall client satisfaction. The role requires deep knowledge of digital workflow platforms, strong executive engagement skills, and the ability to collaborate across a global delivery model.
JobResponsibilities Include:
- Build, manage, and measure a full‑cycle sales and client engagement model with an annual TCV of $25M+ while fostering an entrepreneurial environment focused on expanding market share and client mindshare.
- Act as a trusted advisor in enterprise workflow and platform transformation, with expertise in value levers such as revenue acceleration, cost optimization, and process digitization.
- Excel in client relationship management, with the ability to expand executive‑level relationships, implement change programs, and drive technology‑enabled transformation agendas.
- Navigate large, complex, and geographically dispersed client organizations, influencing C‑suite decision‑makers and aligning with their strategic priorities.
- Drive success in P&L management of ~$25M with strong forecasting, financial management, and growth strategy execution.
- Create and close deals that align with client business objectives, bringing structured‑to‑close discipline and innovative solution packaging.
- Build awareness of NTT DATA’s differentiated offerings, expand account planning efforts, and execute growth roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Leverage strong knowledge of enterprise workflow and digital platform ecosystems to identify competitive differentiation and position NTT DATA as a preferred partner.
- Collaborate with internal service lines and external partners to create joint GTM strategies, develop marketable offerings, and deliver sustained client value.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large client portfolios with annual TCV in excess of $25M.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise workflow / digital platform solutions with strong knowledge of business levers (revenue generation, margin optimization, cost levers, and operational trends).
- Proven experience in client relationship management with the ability to expand and improve executive‑level client engagement, implement change, and leverage platform‑based technology for competitive advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering IT services and consulting solutions in the ISV and Software Development domain.
- 5+ years of experience working with clients in technology, software, or adjacent industries, with demonstrated success in positioning platform‑based transformation initiatives.
- This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $182,000 - $304,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
