Overview

Bluehatsoft Inc, () a silicon valley company specializing in Hardware, Firmware, and software solutions for Embedded systems is seeking an experienced business development manager for the SoC, IoT and Embedded AI footprints. This role is responsible for developing the SoC vertical and business strategy s individual must build strong relationships between external and internal partners to develop the strategic alliances required to grow our clientele and revenue.

The candidates for this position needs to be well-versed in typical SoC design markets and have prior expertise in the Embedded systems sector. A plus is having experience creating strategic alliances with SoC design startups specializing in AI offloading or AI at the Edge.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic alliances essential for Bluehatsoft’s growth as a provider of Firmware and Software services focused on the Embedded systems market
  • Grow existing SoC strategic alliances to accelerate Bluehatsoft’s pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Aligned with Bluehatsoft sales and marketing team, participating in customer conversations around SoC solution offerings leveraging Bluehatsoft’s solutions.
  • Support the R&D and implementation teams with context and enablement around SoC tracks relevant to specific Industry verticals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve comprehensive messaging around how Bluehatsoft fits within the overall AI offloading SoC solution space.
Skills and Qualifications
  • B.S/M.S in Electronics and Communication Engineering, preferably with MBA.
  • Demonstrated experience selling ability to manage a complex sales cycle with significant business and technical components in the AI, SoC, and Embedded domain.
  • The ability to develop and present a meaningful ROI presentation to help customer justifying the cost of investment.
  • Experience using common sales and business tools:
    Zoho One, Linked In Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
  • Lead generation and Business Development.
  • Smart, creative, energetic, conscientious, and enthusiastic persona with strong problem solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and results oriented.
  • 3+ years of Business development experience in IoT, Embedded, AI & services
  • Well versed with SoCs, Edge / Physical AI, Firmware, and Embedded system software
