Overview
PAY: $80-100/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.

Manager Notes- This role can be 100% remote or can sit onsite in Santa Clara, either is OK.
- Will work with cross functional global teams (AMEA, JAPAC) – and candidates should be flexible in a scenario where they need to meet with these teams.
- For this role, looking for Senior Program Manager with prior exp in new product or services introductions.
- This Program Manager will be supporting the post sales portfolio for product support, customer success and professional services.
- Once new product produced or service produced, we help delivery team to help get ready for ppl, processes and technology.
- Role will be heavily involved in the people process – training materials, call routing, everything established so if customer has an issue there is a process.
- The team is very high profile, will work with new product intro teams, understand product requirements, work with services product manager to come up with support or services plan. Based on plan they build execution – what do they require for plan to be executed for customer – working with finance, marketing, sales – create a program plan and then execute.
Post launch is what they review. We want to get it right in the first place. - A cyber security Background would be great.
- Previous knowledge working in large cross-functional teams.
- Communication skills are critical, will be working in large cross-functional teams, working with PM tools – we have internal tools we have, Asana is one, Spreadsheets, PPT presentations.
- Certs in PM a plus.
