We’re seeking an Escrow Assistant to support a high‑performing Escrow team in a branch or office environment. If you have 2+ years of experience in escrow operations and enjoy providing exceptional customer service while handling detailed administrative tasks, this role offers a strong opportunity to grow within a trusted industry leader.
What You’ll Do- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support the escrow closing process
- Open new escrow orders and accurately input closing statement details
- Prepare documents required for residential escrow transactions
- Handle complete disbursement, follow-ups, and ensure all files are properly closed
- Communicate requirements, updates, and closing information to clients and internal teams
- Interpret agreements and prepare transaction‑related documents with accuracy
- Follow established processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend improvements
- 2+ years of escrow-related experience
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication (verbal/written) skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and a positive service attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with client or company operating systems
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow procedures independently
- Team-focused approach and willingness to support both routine and complex tasks
