About the roleWe’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Santa Clara HQ. If you love helping people, keeping things running smoothly, and adding a little positivity to everyone’s day, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, a go-to resource for our team, and a key part of creating a warm, efficient, well-run office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Manage and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and inviting
- Support office logistics and daily operations
- Perform a variety of administrative support tasks, including document management, email communication, and data entry.
- Jump in to support the operations or admin team with special projects as needed
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Shift: 9:45 AM – 4:15 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
- Hours:
6 working hours per day, Monday–Friday

Hourly Pay Range: $20 – $30.
Actual compensation within this range will depend on experience, skills, and job-related factors.
This role is classified as a temporary position
