Fitness & Aquatics Center Instructor 1
Part Time / Monday-Thursday / 12:15pm - 5:15 pm
Summary:
The Fitness/Aquatics Specialist leads patrons to fitness classes in the centers' Strength Training room and Pool area.
- Conducts aquatic and non-aquatic group exercise classes in a welcoming and nurturing environment for all residents and guests. Provides a range of acceptable activities to meet the various fitness levels of class participants and adheres to appropriate safety guidelines.
- Demonstrates exercises and appropriate use of equipment.
- Documents resident attendance and individual fitness progress data as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining class attendance level by Front Porch Community requirements.
- Partners with other staff to help clean equipment and other areas of the facility as needed.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.

- Effective oral and written communication skills appropriate to the audience's needs.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations live via online or virtual mediums.
