Sunshine Swim Lessons offers swimming instruction in Santa Barbara, CA. Our trained, insured, and CPR certified instructors provide tailored lessons for all ages and ability levels. We offer both private and group lessons at private home pools. Additionally, we use an indoor pool for young children and adults with disabilities.
Role DescriptionThis is a part-time role as a Swim Instructor with Sunshine Swim Lessons. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons and ensuring water safety. This would be a great role for anyone interested in education and teaching.
The role is located in Santa Barbara at an indoor pool. Additionally, driving to private homes in Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Montecito is required. Employee chooses their hours, and hours are consistent weekly. Must be available at least 3 days, either weekdays after 3 pm and/ or weekend mornings and afternoons.
Qualifications- Great with children
- Swim Instruction and swimming skills, further training provided
- Lifeguard experience preferred
- CPR certification - can be covered for the right fit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and ability levels
- Must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle
