Role Specifics and Benefits Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify articulation, language, fluency, cognitive‑communication, and feeding/swallowing needs.
  • Design targeted, functional treatment plans and implement therapy across preschool, school‑age, and adult populations.
  • Monitor progress and adjust goals; document outcomes with precision for continuity of care.
  • Utilize AAC systems, voice and resonance strategies, fluency shaping techniques, and oral‑motor therapies as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, physicians, nutritionists, and other therapists to align goals, share best practices, and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide provider education and caregiver coaching, including home exercise programs, strategies for generalising skills, and ongoing progress reports.
