Part Time Tasting Room Sales Associate – Weekends + Weekdays

• Passion for Wine: Prior tasting room or wine sales experience preferred, but a genuine enthusiasm for wine and hospitality is essential.
• Customer Service Excellence: Friendly, professional, and confident in engaging with diverse guests to ensure a memorable visit.
• Team-Oriented: Able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with teammates.

  Familiarity with Commerce7 is a plus; basic computer skills required.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 36 lbs, stand for extended periods, and assist with deliveries and event setup.
• Availability: 16–24 or 32-40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, events, staff meetings, and monthly inventories.
• Local Knowledge: Understanding of Santa Barbara County wines and AVAs is a plus.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21+.
