Qualifications
· Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

· Self-starter with a results-driven approach to generating leads and closing sales.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with popular computer software as well as State Farm systems and processes.

· Strong listening, oral and written communications skills.

· Highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results.

· Ability to learn and apply product and customer knowledge to professionally service and assist in the marketing of State Farm products.

· Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to create and maintain business relationships with prospects and policyholders.

· Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.

· Ability to organize and act on several activities concurrently.

• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

· Familiarity with insurance products and regulations.

· Familiarity with digital marketing and internet lead generation.

· Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional coverage or policy upgrades.

· Solicit referrals from existing clients and centers of influence.

· Conduct needs analysis and present suitable insurance options.

· Follow up on leads and referrals in a timely manner.

· Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities. Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide accurate information
