Event Network, LLC is seeking a key holder to join our team at Hilton Santa Barbara.

As a Key Holder, you will be an integral part of our store’s day‑to‑day operations, working alongside the management team to create memorable moments for our guests.

• Lead by example and provide top‑notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible.
• Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures.
• Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and help keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members.

• Prior experience as a key holder or in a supervisory role.
• Strong merchandising skills and an eye for organizing products that capture guests’ attention.
• Friendly, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in.
• Flexible schedule availability – weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• 21+ with the ability to sell liquor.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.

• Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
