The Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is seeking a talented Cook II. Candidates should have at least 1 year of casual or fine dining experience, a passion for cooking, and open availability. This is a full-time position with shifts varying based on business needs.

A Cook II is responsible for preparing cold food items to support the hotel's goal of delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring financial profitability.

• Prepare cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish, and appetizers according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage guest orders efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and food products.
• Stock and maintain designated food stations.
• Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen.
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures according to regulations.

Wage is $20 per hour.
