Overview
The Operations Manager is a senior administrative and supervisory position responsible for the comprehensive management of the administrative and clinical operations of Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS). This role directs financial and business operations, manages staff supervision, and serves as a key member of the CAPS Leadership Team.
Responsibilities• Manage daily clinic operations and client flow using the Electronic Health Record system (PnC).
• Supervise staff recruitment, training, discipline, and workload distribution for non‑clinical support personnel.
• Liaise with technology, facilities, and safety teams to maintain compliance with campus health, safety, and security protocols.
• Direct financial and fiscal planning in partnership with Student Affairs Business and Administration (SABA).
• Contribute to strategic planning, policy formulation, and quality data management for CAP.
• Participate in high‑level meetings to recommend new organizational structures and assess policy changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
- 1‑3 years of administrative analysis or client experience in a university or healthcare setting.
- 4‑6 years of experience supervising teams of staff and managing performance.
- Highly developed organizational acumen and the ability to work effectively within a complex matrix of stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the proficiency with Windows‑based software and Google professional suite.
