• Fabrication:
  Assist in the fabrication of metal parts and assemblies used in solar and energy storage systems. Coordinate with engineers and mechanical/electrical fabricators.
• Assembly:
  Fit and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Clean:
  Keep shop, yard, facility and equipment clean and presentable.
• Maintenance:
  Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Inventory:
  Assist with inventory count and organization of electrical and mechanical components and supplies.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and adhere to OSHA regulations and best practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school certification a plus.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, metal fabrication, assembly. Work in solar or energy related fields a plus.
• Proficiency in staying on task, organized, and completing assignments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate hand tools and basic power tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Periodic field work.
