Associate Attorney- Civil Litigation

Overview

Snyder Burnett Egerer, LLP is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to handle case management, drafting motions, depositions, hearings, and trials. Candidates must have a valid California Bar license, strong legal research and writing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Manage civil litigation cases from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct discovery and depositions
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Candidates must live within 45 minutes of Santa Barbara (please do not apply if you do not live within 45 minutes of Santa Barbara)
