Artera is seeking an IT Analyst to support our company-wide endpoints and access management. You will report directly to our Manager of Information Technology. You will come in on day one and learn our existing policies and procedures. You are excited about, and have a passion for learning new skills and improving processes.
You have strong organization skills, an independent work ethic, and work well across departments. You are able to pivot quickly, and manage large initiatives such as domestic and international compliance efforts. You will have the ability to develop, implement, and execute on processes in a fast-paced environment. This position is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to be at the forefront of healthcare technology.
This role supports IT systems and user access within a regulated federal environment. Candidates must meet criteria for a government background check and adhere to internal policies for access control, asset management, and operational continuity. Participation in compliance activities and training is expected.

This is an in-office position with an expectation of being in the office five days a week.
- Systems Access Management
:
Ensure that Employees can access systems and resources - Trouble Shooting Ability: Troubleshoot issues with endpoints, mobile devices and networking
- User Access Administration

Ensure System access is kept up to date - Risk Analysis

Identify risks, opportunities, faults and areas for improvement within Artera’s IT framework - Performance Testing

Documenting processes and maintaining Help Desk records - Cross Functional Collaboration

Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met
- Experience with SaaS based administration
- 2-5 years experience working in a Help Desk or other Information Technology role
- IT asset Management
- Familiar with audio visual equipment for live company meetings
- Familiar with MacOS administration
- Excellent communication skills, and an ability to collaborate with members of various teams
- Good problem analysis, problem-solving, and judgment skills
