We're seeking a senior web designer and UX lead to redesign and modernize two closely related luxury aviation brands:
Silver Air Private Jets and Flight Club. This is a high-impact, executive-facing engagement requiring both strategic thinking and expert execution.

This is not a template refresh. This is a luxury, modern, video-forward rebuild executed in Word Press, with expert-led lead capture strategy and clean CRM integration.

Design & UX

• Lead full redesign of both websites with shared UX logic and distinct visual identities
• Create timeless, editorial luxury design that remains relevant for 3-5 years
• Design video-forward hero sections and motion elements
• Execute mobile-first design (majority of users are mobile)
• Establish clear information hierarchy for fast comprehension

Lead Capture & CRM Integration

• Evaluate and redesign current lead capture experience
• Recommend and implement best solution (native Hub Spot, custom-built, or hybrid)
• Ensure clean integration with Hub Spot CRM
• Eliminate duplicate contacts and unreliable form behavior
• Design premium, frictionless form experiences for luxury audience

Word Press Implementation

• Custom theme development (Gutenberg/ACF familiarity preferred)
• Performance optimization with mobile-first approach
• Clean, maintainable backend with no vendor lock-in
• Proper staging → QA → launch workflow
• Documentation and admin handoff for internal maintenance

• 1-2 on-site days per week in Santa Barbara during discovery, reviews, and launch prep
• Remaining work completed independently/remotely
• Direct collaboration with executive leadership, including CEO
• Weekly working meetings and live design reviews

Must Have:

• Deep Word Press expertise (custom themes, performance, maintainability)
• Strong UX instincts and editorial design sensibility
• Portfolio demonstrating modernized Word Press sites (before/after examples required)
• Experience designing and implementing high-end form experiences
• Proven Hub Spot or similar CRM integration experience
• Experience in luxury, aviation, travel, hospitality, or high-end real estate
• Comfort working directly with executive leadership
• U.S.
  
  -based with ability to travel to Santa Barbara

Strong Plus:

• Video-first hero and motion design experience
• Understanding of conversion psychology
• Familiarity with charter aviation or UHNW clientele

• Pushing alternative platforms (Webflow, Squarespace) due to personal preference
• Generic "luxury" design approaches or stock-heavy work
• Buzzword-driven or clichéd design
• Ticket-based or async-only working style
