Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Valet Parking & Guest Service Attendant based in Santa Barbara and serving the surrounding Central Coast region, allowing for crew shift opportunities in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Carpinteria, Ventura, Oxnard, Ojai, Camarillo, and throughout the Santa Ynez Valley. The Valet Attendant will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles, providing stellar customer service, and supporting logistical operations at a variety of public and private venues.

The position requires a professional demeanor, a positive and personable disposition, a well-groomed appearance and the requisite skill sets to consistently uphold Blue Star’s standards of guest service, ensuring a stellar guest experience with every interaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience or skills in Guest Service / Hospitality / Valet Parking with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and clients.
  • Dependability / Reliability / Honesty / Integrity in all regards and aspects of the position.
  • Ability to provide training and support to new team members, once established on the crew.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset, Professional Appearance, and Punctuality are Essential.
  • Familiarity with the Santa Barbara community and local venues is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
