The beautiful AAA Four Diamond Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort has an amazing opportunity to join our Food and Beverage leadership team! We are hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to support the Restaurant and Banquet operations. This property boasts 6 exquisite dining options and over 60,000 square feet of gorgeous indoor/outdoor event space. Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience within a hotel/country club or similar environment
  • Multi‑unit/outlet management experience, preferably within a hotel
  • Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills
  • The ability to work a flexible and varied schedule

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000

Shift: varied to include nights, weekends and holidays

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, I would be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of the hotel food and beverage outlets and supporting banquets to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, my responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily banquet/outlet operations – guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, overall profitability, marketing initiatives, system use, policy enforcement, and meeting facilitation.
  • Monitoring and developing team member performance – providing supervision, professional development, counseling, and recognition.
  • Assessing product, service, and satisfaction trends, evaluating issues, and implementing improvements.
  • Implementing effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Initiating marketing and up‑selling techniques to promote restaurant food and beverage services and maximize revenue.
  • Ensuring team members have current knowledge of outlet/banquet offerings, products, services, facilities, events, pricing, policies, and the local area.
  • Interviewing, onboarding, and providing ongoing training to team members.
  • Supervising, counseling, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
