The beautiful AAA Four Diamond Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort has an amazing opportunity to join our Food and Beverage leadership team! We are hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to support the Restaurant and Banquet operations. The property boasts 6 exquisite dining options and over 60,000 square feet of gorgeous indoor/outdoor event space. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a background in upscale, high‑volume restaurant operations.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of food and beverage management experience within a hotel, country club, or similar environment
  • Multi‑unit/outlet management experience, preferably within a hotel
  • Strong beverage background
  • Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills
  • Upscale casual and/or fine dining experience
  • Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000

Shift: Varied, including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily banquet/outlet operations to include guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, overall profitability, marketing initiatives, systems use, department management, policy implementation and enforcement, and meeting facilitation.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, providing supervision, professional development, counseling, and recognition.
  • Monitor and assess product, service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues, and make improvements accordingly.
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Initiate and implement marketing and up‑selling techniques to promote restaurant food and beverage services and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of outlet/banquet offerings, products, services, and local events.
  • Interview, onboard, and provide ongoing training to team members.
  • Supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.
