COO needed for large multi‑physician, multi‑location, high‑quality, growth‑oriented specialty physician practice—Santa Barbara, California—

COO will lead the practice to achieve clinical efficiency and operational excellence across all spectrums for the group, the patient, and the referring doctor. Responsible for the day to day operations including:

This individual coordinates with senior leadership to identify and build strategic continuous process improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives. Coordinate cross‑functional project teams tied directly to corporate strategy with overall responsibility for planning, direction, coordination, execution, implementation, control and completion of specific projects. This individual will provide leadership and management to maximize customer, operational, and financial outcomes.

  • 10 Clinical Leads
  • Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM)

  • 200+ employees currently
• Hiring & Termination of all business office, front desk & clinical team members in coordination with DO & HR Coordinator.
• Assist in annual performance reviews done in coordination with the DO.
• Design cross training schedule so all team members rotate through various departments to ensure staff has an understanding of both business office and clinic.
