In STEPPS (Support, Treatment, Education for Parents, Professionals and Students) is an expanding company dedicated to helping children, families, and employees thrive. We are currently recruiting for a Therapist based in Santa Barbara, CA with compensation of $20–$22 per hour.

The Behavioral Therapist position is an excellent opportunity for those starting a career in Psychology or experienced ABA professionals seeking a new challenge. You will work one‑on‑one with children with autism in their homes, clinics and schools, using a playful intervention model to teach life skills.

• Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT strategies
• Collect data, complete in‑service notes and procedures as outlined by supervisors
• Participate in all training, evaluations and team meetings
• Communicate frequently and effectively with team members
• Bring required materials to sessions (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS)
• Follow the schedule determined by administrative staff and supervisors
• Comply with all reporting requirements and administrative, payroll and billing submissions in a timely manner

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver’s license required
• Clean criminal background check
• Six months of ABA experience preferred or experience in a similar field
