Patient Access Lead

In addition to performing the Patient Access Eligibility & Registrar duties, the Patient Access Lead serves as support for Patient Access staff regarding complex questions and account issue resolution. Mentors and coaches peers by providing hands‑on workflow guidance. Works directly with patients physicians, and payor representatives to provide information and resolve issues in a highly responsive manner. Functions as a team lead for assisted area of Patient Access Services and provides on‑call coverage during assigned weekend shift.
