Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is one of the largest and most advanced behavioral healthcare organizations in the country. Nestled near the beaches between the Pacific Coast and Santa Ynez mountains, Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential services, community living, day programs, and clinical services for adults with multiple diagnoses, including autistic spectrum disorders, emotional and/or behavioral differences, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia and other cognitive disorders.
ResponsibilitiesThe Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator collaborates closely with the Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes to drive quality improvements and enhance outcome measures. The role requires staying up to date with the latest industry knowledge, participating in staff training requirements, and leading meetings to ensure adherence to Devereux policies and compliance with EBSH licensing and accreditation regulations, as well as all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines.
The QI Coordinator is responsible for overseeing quality management of the EBSH programs, including meticulous data analysis, comprehensive reporting, and seamless coordination between the EBSH program and administration.
This is an onsite position split between Lompoc and Santa Barbara, CA
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Experience and skill demonstration may be considered in lieu of degree. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft applications. One to two years of experience working in the behavioral health quality improvement field preferred; related health care and quality management experience may be considered. Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to established guidelines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel between Lompoc and Goleta. Valid driver's license must be maintained.
