Quality Improvement Coordinator

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is one of the largest and most advanced behavioral healthcare organizations in the country. Devereux California is a therapeutic behavioral health treatment facility offering residential services, community living, day programs, and clinical services for adults with multiple diagnoses, including autistic spectrum disorders, emotional and/or behavioral differences, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia and other cognitive disorders.

This is an onsite position split between Lompoc and Santa Barbara, CA. Compensation $28-30/hr DOE.

• Collaborate with the Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes (EBSH) to drive quality improvements and enhance outcome measures.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge and participate in staff training requirements.
• Lead meetings to ensure adherence to Devereux policies and compliance with EBSH licensing and accreditation regulations, as well as all relevant federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Oversee quality management of the EBSH programs, including data analysis, reporting, and coordination between the EBSH program and administration.

• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• EXPERIENCE: Experience and skill demonstration may be considered in lieu of degree. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft applications. One to two years of experience in the behavioral health quality improvement field preferred; related health care and quality management experience may be considered. Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to established guidelines.
  
  Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel between Lompoc and Goleta. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
