Bachelors degree:
Starting Salary: $27.55-$30.36 hourly
Full Salary Range: $27.55-$33.53
Master’s degree:
Starting Salary: $31.90-$35.16
Full Salary Range: $31.90-$39.89
* Pay rate is based on level of experience equivalent to TCRC

Within a team environment, provides person-centered consultation, advocacy, resource information and service coordination for people with developmental disabilities who require more involved and specialized assistance.
SpecificJob Duties
- Schools, recreational options and local support groups.
- Supportive Employment/Habilitation funded day programs.
- Local agencies (C.C.S., Dept. Rehabilitation, Social Security, Medi-Cal, IHSS).
- Specialist physicians/ specialists (speech therapist, O.T./P.T.).
- Behavior services, training for independent living, supportive living.
- Out-of-home placement, in home and out-of home respite.
- Infant and adult day programs.
- Durable medical equipment and specialized services, non-Medi-Cal funded services.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities
- Awareness of entitlement and benefit programs and of public benefit programs
Problem-solving ability - Ability to make verbal and written presentations to groups
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Responsive to supervision
- Able to understand and adhere to applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of social and/or mental health experience.
- A valid California driver’s license and transportation or acceptable substitute, is required for this…
