Responsibilities- Under the supervision of the Program Director, assess clients to identify individual problem areas necessitating treatment and complete assessments.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning efforts among the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Coordinate the overall treatment plan implementation for the client on the unit, working closely with nursing staff to ensure continuity of treatment efforts.
- Full‑time: PM shift
- Two (2) years of full‑time experience or part‑time equivalent in a mental health setting.
- A bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology, social work or behavioral sciences may be substituted for the two (2) years of full‑time experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM‑5 and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards.

Pay Range: $23 USD – $28 USD per hour.
About the CampusLocated in the beautiful central California coastal city of Santa Barbara, clients are welcomed into a safe, calming, and homelike environment where they receive compassionate recovery support from a diverse team of clinical staff trained in trauma‑informed approaches of care. Clients receive comprehensive mental health services and support for up to 23 hours. Afterward, they are referred to community mental health services that best meet their needs so they can continue their recovery journey.
