  • Maintain and strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and policies.

Systems, Data & Analytics

  • Steward the use of Net Suite across finance functions, ensuring efficient processes, accurate data flows, and system integrity.
  • Drive implementation and leverage of Business Intelligence tools to deliver meaningful insights and support real-time decision-making.
  • Partner with technology and data teams to build scalable reporting and analytics frameworks.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the finance organization, including the financial planning and finance operations teams.
  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring

  • Strong leadership and people development skills, with experience managing finance teams through growth phases.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, scaling environment, balancing operational rigor with entrepreneurial agility.
