VP Finance

The Vice President of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial operations and driving initiatives that support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and financial planning, with the ability to lead a high‑performing team and implement best practices across the organization.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead cost accounting processes and ensure accurate product costing for manufacturing operations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions, pricing models, and margin improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to optimize cost structures and improve efficiency.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Proven ability to develop financial strategies and drive operational improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling.
